This casual knox-Henderson restaurant is a great way to start the day. Kozy is known for their grass-fed meat, wild seafood, homemade breads, and gluten free options. The menu is filled with fresh, local ingredients. They offer everything from breakfast scrambles to pancakes. Maddy levitt love the “B” breakfast. It’s 2 eggs any way,1 pancake, 1 french toast, and maple glazed sausage.
“It’s a combindation of everything I like! The sausage is unreal” said Levitt
Highland Park Soda Fountain
Highland Park Soda Fountain is a knox-Henderson favorite. This 105-year-old soda fountain is a great lunch spot. Grab a seat at the counter and enjoy anything from a grilled cheese to frito pie. They are alos known for their milksahkes and Malts. Gracie singer loves going there when she needs comfort food.
“I love sitting at the counter and getting a grilled cheese and milkshake,” said Singer.
The Porch is a great spot to grab dinner on Knox-Henderson. The menu ranges from salads to burgers. This is a great restaurant for a family dinner or a fun night out with friends. Taylor Davis loves sitting out on the patio on a nice day.
“It doesn’t get much better than to sit on the patio with a glass of wine,” said Davis.
